Placing Fixings in Line

Shows step by step how to place fixings on pipes and ducts in-line.

Before you begin

You would like to suspend pipes or ducts from ceilings, attach them to walls or support them on floors with fixings placed in line.

Requirement:

The components to be fixed and the components where the fixing is to be placed are available.

Navigate to:

Project tab ➤ Discipline Construction design ➤ Construction tab

Initial situation:

Procedure

Open the section Fixing <.
Select the desired fixing.
Activate the Placement mode in line and define the desired distance.
Optional: Activate distribute symmetrically.
Click Fixing<.
Follow the displayed instructions.

The fixings are placed.
