The service without contract period for all questions around the LINEAR programs includes:
- 2 hours of support by phone and e-mail for 130 €/h with automatic extension by 2 hours each time

LINEAR training
Free e-learning portal for all customers
With our e-learning platform, you as a customer have a free opportunity to fully master our solutions through concise online courses. The e-learning platform is designed for self-study, utilizing various media such as videos and small sample files. Tip from our customers: Use the videos to help you work on your own projects!
Online training
Our training courses are structured online sessions designed for small groups of participants. The content is based on fixed modules and is tailored in advance to the participants’ level of knowledge and objectives. The training is conducted using a prepared training project so that all steps can be followed along together. During the training, we address questions and adjust the depth of the content as needed. We currently offer our training sessions as full-day online courses.
To ensure an efficient session, we require basic knowledge and recommend using our e-learning resources. The training sessions are designed for a maximum of five participants. A homogeneous group facilitates the process. The content is based on typical application areas of our software. The specific selection is determined during the consultation prior to the training.
