Detecting Buildings with Shafts

Get basic information on how to deal with shafts during building detection.

You can manually place MEP spaces in shafts and then mark them as not Occupiable in the LINEAR properties. The building detection does not explicitly take over this space as a characteristics of a text style, e.g. the, but it does not incorrectly recognize walls of a shaft that are adjacent to conditioned spaces as exterior walls for example.
