Drawing a Ceiling

Shows step-by-step how to draw a ceiling using the Ceiling < command.

Before you begin

You want to draw a ceiling.

Navigate to:

Project tab ➤ Discipline Architecture ➤ Planning type 3D - Model planning / 2.5D - Model planning ➤ Create tab ➤ Command group Walls, Ceilings, Columns

Procedure

If necessary, click the triangle next to the button Ceiling < to open the section.
In the Height field, enter the value for the ceiling height.

Note: You can also use the button to pick the ceiling height from the drawing.
Click the button Ceiling <.
Determine the corner points of the ceiling.

Note: The points must be located on one level. The connection is marked with a colored line.
End the process with Enter.

Results

The ceiling is drawn in.
