Opens the Heat transmission resistances dialog where you can enter different values for Ri and Re for the heat load calculation. The Ri and Re values are used to determine U-values.

Error message when layer composition is missing in ground-adjoining enveloping surfaces

For the correct calculation of the total U-value of a component in contact with the ground, a layered structure with details of all thermally relevant parameters is required for the corresponding component. In combination with the zone assigned to the component at room level, U(o) can be correctly determined.

Activated: Outputs an error message if the layer structure is missing for components in contact with the ground. For all affected components, the numerical U-value is used and zoning is ignored.

Deactivated: If components in contact with the ground do not have a layer structure, no error message is issued and the numerical U-value is used for all affected components. The zoning, which may be existing, will be ignored.
