Display fields

Temp.: Shows the temperature of the component at the current cursor position.

Layer name: Shows the Layer name at the current cursor position.

Mass/area: Shows the weight of the assembled component in kg per square meter.

U-value: The determined U-value for the component, in consideration of the entered heat transmission resistances.

Input fields

Inside: You can define the temperature to be applied to the inside (or top for horizontal components) of the component.

Outside: You can define the temperature to be applied to the outside (or top for horizontal components) of the component.

Ri and Ra: You can enter the heat transmission resistances for the inside and outside (or top and bottom) for this component. The finally used heat transmission resistances depend on the calculation module and on the installation situation of the component. They are only determined when they are actually used.
