Activated: for the minimum air exchange, different values are used from the standard for new buildings as for old buildings.

Drop-down list: Selection of the ventilation system

Select the type of ventilation system as the default setting for the project. In combination with the room type, a standard-based minimum air exchange rate is determined at room level.

Eta value (heat recovery)

Enter the efficiency of the heat recovery system in percent. It is used only when a supply and exhaust air system is selected. The efficiency is then used to calculate the supply air temperature of supply air rooms. In the Ventilation area, you can specify for each room whether it is a supply air room.
