Overview of abbreviations

The two-digit number is entered as the default value for the abbreviation. From the list in the context menu you can select one or more other abbreviations and combine them with fixed text if necessary. If you select Two-digit number as the variable number, the $NR2 variable will be entered in the field. The two-digit number of the current element is shown as the short name, e.g.: 00 or 05.

Possible abbreviations are listed in the following table:

The combination $NR2-$WN/$GK for the room with the number 1 in the apartment with the number 2 on the third floor consequently results in the abbreviated name 01-2/03 (if on the floor level the abbreviated name contains the variable $NR2).
