Defining the Ventilation Concept of a Ventilation Zone

Shows step-by-step how to define a ventilation concept for a ventilation zone in a residential building and make settings for this ventilation zone.

  1. If necessary, select the ventilation zone in the building structure for which you want to make different settings.

  2. In the Ventilation Zone Settings area, make general settings for the ventilation zone, for example, whether the ventilation zone only has a wind-exposed façade or whether the interior doors have seals.

  3. Click on in the Ventilation Concept area and select the desired ventilation concept in the menu that appears.

  4. In case of cross ventilation, specify whether the planned exhaust air volume flows are determined according to DIN 18017-3 or whether you enter the exhaust air volume flows manually.

The ventilation zone is configured according to the requirements in deviation from the global specifications.
