About Component and Pipe section Data
Explains the concept of component and pipe section data as it relates to the pipe network calculations of the scheme generators.
In the component Technical data and Pipe section data dialogs, you can view and adjust the properties of components and pipe sections.
Technical data for components and section parts are stored in the scheme generators, which serve as the basis for the pipe network calculations. You can change the technical data of the components at any time. Have the pipe network recalculated after changes in technical data so that the calculation results are also updated according to the changes. The technical data of each component are saved in the project.
In the scheme generators of the Heating and Potable water trades, you can also set component connections of certain components and thus define additional connection material. Thus, the suitable connectors of the manufacturer are shown in the material compilation.
Setting the parameters of radiators is mainly done in the Radiator dimensioning module. You can specify the connection variant and adjust the settings for the connection in the Scheme generator Scheme Heating.
