About Changing System Type

Explains the concept of the change system type function and of different system types in one pipe.

In some situations, two different system types are needed within one pipe. This is the case, for example, if circulation pipes or circular pipe closures with the hot or cold water pipes are only separated by a T-piece. Another example are sewage water ventilation pipes, which are connected to the ground pipe by a branch. With the Change system type function, you can assign a different system type to the pipes behind a T-piece or a branch. You can also use this function to assign a new system type to entire pipe networks.
