About Further Configurations to Determine the Dongle Server

Explains in which cases further settings on the clients are necessary to enable the HASP SRM dongle to be found by clients.

In certain cases you may have to make additional settings on the clients via the Admin Control Center (ACC) so that the dongle can be found by the clients. Further settings are required in the following cases:
Server and client are in different IP circles
Server and client are connected via VPN
