Installing Files from the Company Network

Shows step-by-step how to use the LINEAR Installation Center to install software packages, updates, datasets or sample projects that have been stored in the company network on your computer.

  1. Start the LINEAR Installation Center.

  2. Select Extras ➤ Settings.

  3. Select Search for installations in the company network.

  4. In the company network, select the download directory from which the download is to be installed on the client.

  5. Click Close and restart the LINEAR Installation Center to apply the changes.

  6. Under Programs, Datasets or Sample projects, select the downloads you would like to install on the client.

  7. Start the installation of by clicking the corresponding button.

The software packages, updates, datasets or sample projects are installed on the client.
