Energy Hub with Several Outlets

Explains the concept of creating energy hubs with multiple outlets.

In Rohrnetzberechnung Quartiersnetze, multiple energy hubs with or without pumps can be grouped together to model energy hub buildings with multiple outputs and to include them in the calculation. After selecting the energy hubs, the grouping is carried out by defining the Energy Hub Group and Pump Group properties in the LINEAR Properties. Each of the individually grouped energy hub then represents an outgoing circuit from the energy hub building and a separate system is created for each outgoing circuit in the calculation. The technical data of the individual energy hub objects represent the data determined for the energy hub across all outgoing outlets/systems. In addition, the connection sets can be individually specified and prioritized for each outlet. The calculation then takes into account the largest pressure loss from the outlets of the energy hub building and their sums for mass flow rate and capacity.
