Details on Select Regex

Information on the Select Regex dialog in Parameter Management.

This dialog offers predefined regular expressions for defining patterns that are used to check character strings when entering parameter values. You can add further regular expressions that are saved in the project.

Name

Defines the name or, if required, a description of the regular expression.

Regex

Defines the regular expression. When a regular expression is selected, the content of the cell is transferred to the input field of the Restrictions dialog.
