Copying Storeys

Shows step-by-step how to copy storeys.

Before you begin

You want to copy a storey of your pipe run scheme with all the symbols and pipes it contains.

Navigate to:

Project - tab ➤ Discipline ➤ Planning type 2D Scheme Planning ➤ Create - tab ➤ Storeys and generators ➤ Scheme generator, Heating/Potable water/Waste water/Gas ...

Procedure

Right-click the pipe run button of the storey you want to copy.

The following context menu opens:
Select the menu item Copy storey contents....
The Copy storey dialog opens.
Select the storey to be copied under Source and the storey in which the copy is to be inserted under Target.

Note: When an existing storey is selected as the Target, any existing contents of the existing storey will be overwritten during the copy process.
Optional: Specify the Number of copies.
Click Copy .

Results

You have copied the storey with the included symbols and pipes.
