Drawing networks with Scheme generators

Learn how to use the Scheme Generator to create, modify, draw in, and calculate Schemes with discipline-specific Components for the Disciplines of Heating, Potable Water, Waste Water, and Gas.

In the disciplines heating, drinking water, waste water and gas, a scheme generator is available in the planning type 2D scheme planning on the Create tab, with which you can quickly and easily create pipe run schemes for plotting or for calculation with the LINEAR analysis programs. Schemes with several start and end components in different pipe run schemes are also supported. This makes it possible to map several systems in one scheme, which can be useful for projects with several building sections, for example.

In the scheme generators Potable Water and Waste Water you can import already created schemes of the other discipline.

With the scheme generator Heating, dimensions for shafts and pipe routes can already be determined in early planning phases with the components for the Concept Phase, or a Detailed Planning can be conducted with a more extensive offer of components.

After creating the schematic pipe network, you can draw the network and then carry out the pipe network calculation.
