Assigning Topics to Users
Shows you step by step how to assign topics to users.
Before you begin
You want to assign a topic to certain users and display it only to these users.
Requirements:
The Revit function Collaboration is being used and the LINEAR user names of the respective persons are known.
Navigate to
Applies to all disciplines.
Procedure
- Click on
in the Visibility column in the row of the respective topic. The Visibility dialog opens.
- Activate the radio button Only Assigned Users.
- In the text field under Assigned Users, enter the user names of all users who should see this topic.
Results
You have assigned the respective topics to the users.
