Details about “Add Duct Class”
Information about the Add Duct Class dialog in the Ducts < section.
The Add Duct Class dialog is used to create new duct material for the design of ventilation ducts.

Manufacturer
Select the desired manufacturer for the duct class you want to create.
Duct System
Select the duct system on which you want to base the duct class.
Duct Name / New Manufacturer
Enter the names for the duct class and manufacturer.
Duct Material / 
Material Selection
Enter the name for the duct material. When adding a duct class, the material entered here is recreated in Revit. Before creating a duct material, use the Material Selection dialog, which you can open by clicking the button, to check whether the required material already exists.
Material Thickness
Enter the thickness of the duct material in mm.
Surface Color
Enter the name for the surface color. The surface color is the color of the surface for visible mounting. Currently, this is only added as a parameter to the element for the user's information. For example, you can enter the RAL color here.
Sealing Class
Select a sealing class for the duct material.
Sealing Type
Select a sealing type for the duct material.
