Address Row

Shows the path to the currently linked room book. Clicking on opens the data file explorer, where you can open the desired room book.

Dropdown list for selecting the table sheet containing the room book data.

ID Column

Dropdown list for selecting the column in which LINEAR Building IDs for unique identification of rooms are to be written. If the specified column already contains entries, after clicking Import or Synchronize, a dialog appears where the process can be canceled to specify a different column or proceed to overwrite existing values.

Header Row

Number of the row containing the headlines of the room book.

Data starting from row

Specify the first row where room book-relevant data is located.

Table

Table column	Description
Column “Room Book”	Displays the column headings from the linked room book.
Room Parameters	Clicking in a cell activates the button , which opens a context menu where room parameters can be assigned to the data from the room book. The mappings are saved in the user standards. For future entries from a room book, the program automatically suggests suitable assignments if they match the room book columns of the last mapping used.
Unit	Shows the unit with which an assigned prameter is imported. The unit is only displayed here and can not be edited.

Clicking on Import imports the room book with the applied configurations.
