About Room Names

Explains the concept of room names.

The following convention is used to identify rooms in the building structure and the room overviews of the heat load module:

Building Section Number/Storey Number/ Apartment or Area Number/Room Number and Room Name

Example: An office with room number 04 in the third apartment on the second floor of the first part of the building is given the designation according to this convention: 01/02/03/04 Office.

If one or more positions are not assigned in this convention (e.g. staircases that do not belong to an apartment), the corresponding elements in the respective position get the value 01. This allows for each room in the project to be clearly identified.
