Details on Classification (VDI import)

Information on the Classification dialog for VDI import in the heating or cooling pipe network calculations.

During the import of valve data sets, the data set is assigned to a manufacturer.

You are here:

Project tab ➤ Discipline ➤ Analyse tab ➤ Valves ➤ VDI import... ➤ File selection ➤ OK

Applies to: Heating, Cooling.

If the option - Do not assign to a specific manufacturer (user folder) is selected, a VDI2 folder with the valve data is created under ...\Product Data\User.

If a specific manufacturer is selected, a VDI2 folder with the valve data is created in the manufacturer folder under ...\Product Data\User.
