With PluggPlan, Pluggit offers a compact ventilation system with heat recovery that is specially designed for small to medium-sized residential units up to 80 m² – ideal for new construction and renovation in multi-story residential buildings. The standardized solution features user-independent, humidity-controlled operation and provides lasting protection against moisture damage and mold.
Thanks to its high heat recovery rate of over 80% and very low power consumption (<30W), PluggPlan is particularly energy-efficient. The system costs are apportionable in accordance with § 559 BGB (German Civil Code) and eligible for KfW funding – a sustainable investment in building protection and living comfort.
