Setting a Medium

Shows step by step how to set the medium for the calculation.

Before you begin

You want to adjust the medium for the calculation or select a different medium.

Navigate to:

Project tab ➤ Disciplines … ➤ Discipline ➤ Analyse tab ➤ Configurations …

Applies to: Heating, Cooling.

Procedure

Click on Medium...

The dialog Medium opens.
You can either
- edit the current medium by clicking in one of the fields, or
- select another medium after clicking on Load.
After making adjustments to a medium, click Save to make the changes available in an external file for colaboration purposes.

Results

The medium is set and will be used for all future calculations.
