In accordance with building regulations

Activated: The prescribed minimum volume flows are used for calculation. The standard distinguishes between existing and new buildings according to the building regulations.

Deactivated: The building to be calculated has not been built or renovated in accordance with the building regulations. The infiltration volume flows are calculated depending on the year of construction and building type. The checkbox Newly built house is deactivated. The drop-down list for selecting the building type and the text field for entering the year of construction or renovation become active.

Newly built house

This checkbox can only be activated if the in accordance with building regulations checkbox is also activated.

Activated: The minimum volume flows for new buildings according to the building regulations are used. The present building is a newly built house and can also be calculated with higher standard inside temperatures according to ISSO 51.

Deactivated: The building is an existing building according to building regulations. The building can not be calculated with higher standard inside temperatures according to ISSO 51. The year of construction or renovation must be entered in the activated text field.
