Click on the tab Apartment/Rooms tab.

In the area Name, click in an empty row and enter a name for the first entry. Repeat the step for all apartments/rooms in the model.

Select the first row and click Assign <.
The dialog Positioning is hidden.

Select all the pipe sections of the model that belong to the selected apartment/room. Confirm the selection with Enter.

Repeat the process for all necessary localizations.
The positioning has been assigned and can be used for labeling.
