About Pipe Tables

Explains the concept of pipe tables in the Rohrnetzberechnung Quartiersnetze.

In the Pipe Tables, select the pipe systems for the material combinations in the Pipes and Connection Sets dialog. The selection in the Pipe Tables therefore forms part of the basis for calculation and sizing of district network. In addition to the rigid or flexible pipes, pipe systems also include components such as pipe connections and building connections, the different types of which can be prioritized in the respective connection sets. All components used in the pipe systems are output in the bill of materials. For manufacturer pipe systems, the item numbers are stored for all components that are also output in the bill of materials.

If required, you can deactivate certain nominal diameters for calculation and siying in the pipe tables.

By default, the first calculation uses a neutral pipe system and Custom as the manufacturer. If you want to use manufacturer pipe systems, select the desired manufacturer under Manufacturer. Under System you will find the available pipe systems of the selected manufacturer. You can select from all available pipe systems in the Pipe Tables for each material combination in the Pipes and Connection Sets dialog.

Install an appropriate data set to use manufacturer systems. Manufacturer data sets can be downloaded via the LINEAR Installation Center. Which dimensions are available depends on the selected system.
