Creating Issue

Shows step-by-step how to create an issue.

Before you begin

You want to describe a situation or create a note.

Navigate to

Project TabDisciplineIssues and tasks tabIssues

Applies to all disciplines.

Issues section in the LINEAR Solutions for Autodesk Revit

Procedure

  1. Select the topic to which you want to assign the issue.
  2. Click and then click New Issue.
    Note: When you select New with View, a new report is created directly with the current view. Then select Edit in the context menu of the new report to open the Edit Report dialog box.

  3. Enter the title and description of the issue.
  4. Configure the issue as required and click OK.

Results

The issue is assigned to the selected topic and is displayed in the Issues section.
