Details on "Coordinate"
Information on the Coordinate dialog of the Void Planning.
You are here:
Restrict to Active View
Enabled: Imports only the void proposals present in the active view. This view can also be a custom 3D view.
Compare with Voids in Model
Enabled: If the person responsible for the building provides an updated architecture, voids created in it are recognized and transferred to the MEP model.
Three options can be enabled for comparing with provisions in the MEP model:
Provisions without MEP Components: Recognizes void proposals that do not contain MEP components and creates corresponding issues in the Issues and Tasks tab. In the technical trades, for example, a pipe routing was moved, but the corresponding void proposal was not.
Pending Provisions in Openings: Recognizes and creates reports in the Issues and Tasks tab for opening proposals that have already been accepted in the architecture and exist as void forms, but still have the status Pending instead of Accepted. In collaboration with the architect, for example, an updated architecture was loaded, but not the corresponding BCF file.
Accepted Provisions not in Openings: Identifies accepted opening proposals (=void forms in the architecture) that do not have a corresponding provisions and creates corresponding reports in the Issues and Tasks tab. For example, the planners of the technical trades may have deleted or moved an opening proposal in the meantime.
Compare with Issues
Enabled: If you have loaded an updated BCF file in the Issues and Tasks tab, the classifications it contains are transferred to the MEP model.
Comparison with BCF
Enabled: The information from the updated BCF file is transferred directly to the MEP model. Click
to specify the file path of the BCF file.
