Creating Your Own Project Template
Shows step-by-step how to create your own project templates in LINEAR Building.
Before you begin
You would like to create a project template customized for your company and be able to select it when creating new projects.
Navigate to:
Procedure
- Select a template. Note:
Select the template that already meets as many of your criteria as possible.
- Make any adjustments you desire.
You can create your own rooms in the master tables, adjust or create variables or create standard building materials and components.
- Save the customized template under a new name in the installation directory of LINEAR Building in the User-Standards\Templates folder.
Results
The template has been created and is available for selection, with all the settings made, when creating each new project.
