General Settings and Basic Conditions

Explains the concept of general settings and basic conditions in Pipe Network Calculation Heating and cooling.

Before you start calculating the pipe network after the design, you should make the settings relevant to the calculation in order to achieve realistic results as quickly as possible.

Check the settings for the layers to be included in the detection and decide whether the entire network or only parts of it should be included in the calculation. Adjust tolerance and limit values to the conditions of your project and define basic parameters for the design of the thermostatic valves.

The parameters in the settings are usually preset with appropriate values, which you can adjust to the requirements of your project if necessary.
