Information about the context-sensitive functions of the toolbar in the Room Data Sheet module.

| Button | Description |
|---|---|
 Update | Updates the room data sheet view and the room data sheet tree. This is necessary, for example, when adjusting structural parameters or changing filtered views. |
 Property Sets | Opens the Property Sets dialog, where you can create and manage property sets. |
 Variables | Opens the Variables dialog, where you can create and edit user-defined variables. |
 Export | Opens the Export Room Data Sheet Configuration dialog, which allows you to save the current configuration in *.rbConfig format. Only the settings of the Room Data Sheet module are saved, regardless of the current project. This includes the structure configurations, property sets, variables, and parameter settings, including formulas and restrictions. By default, the user default folder is suggested as the storage location so that after exporting, the room data sheet configuration can be easily distributed as an office standard via the user customizations management in LINEAR Installation Center (). |
 Import ... | Opens the Import Room Data Sheet Configuration dialog, which you can use to load the saved room data sheet configuration in *.rbConfig format. |
 Aggregation | Enables/Disables the aggregations in the rows of the structural elements. Note: When this function is active, no entries can be made in the parameter columns of the structural elements. |
 Hide Rooms | Hides and shows the rooms in the room data sheet views. By hiding the rooms, only the top levels of the structure are displayed in the room data sheet views. |
 Data Type-Specific Value Input | Opens the Value Input dialog, where you can conveniently and quickly enter values for the property set of the current room data sheet view. |
