Defining Room as Unheated

Before you begin

There are rooms in your project that are not heated. No heat load should be calculated for these rooms.

Room Level Heat Load Calculation SP LINEAR Building

Procedure

Deactivate the checkbox next to Heat load calculation according to SP 60.13330.2016.
For all components adjoining this room, set the parameter Adjoining to to u (adjoining to an unheated room).

Note: The column Adjoining to is only visible when the checkbox Simplified view is unchecked.

Results

The room is defined as unheated and is no longer included in the calculation. All adjoining components will take into account the increased transmission heat loss.
