Sales Representative Netherlands (m/f/d)

The Sales Representative is responsible for new customer acquisition in the Netherlands. Initially, the whole thing is to start with cold calling with later on-site customer visits. The software will be presented to customers on site. The entire process, from order negotiation to contract conclusion, will be supervised by the Sales Manager. The SM will also participate in trade fairs in the DACH region and the Netherlands.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Acquisition of new customers from commercial target groups of planning offices, general contractors and executing companies.
  • Establishing and continuously expanding one's own network with decision-makers at customers.
  • Observation of the market and further development of sales strategies, as well as potential analyses.
  • Driving sales growth by achieving targets.
  • Consulting and presentation of the software at the customer's site.
  • Holistic support of the contract process
  • Participation in seminars and trade fairs.
     

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • HVAC / MEP knowledge
  • CAD skills desirable (Revit and Autodesk).
  • Knowledge of the construction industry as well as MEP design and Autodesk construction tools.
  • Dutch (mother tongue), English (fluent), other languages an advantage.
  • Ability to work in a team and willingness to integrate.
  • Able to communicate on different levels at eye level.
  • Open in dealing with people (customer satisfaction and strong communication skills).
  • Presentation and communication skills as well as negotiation skills.
  • Self-organisation, entrepreneurial thinking and innovative approaches "forward thinker".
  • Self-motivation and hands-on mentality.
