Details on Manifold
Information about the dialog Manifolds in the design of domestic ventilation.

(Set Column)

General Information
Addr.
Displays the number of the central unit, the ventilation type, the manifold and the room, each separated by a slash.
Name
Shows the name of the manifold and the storey number in brackets.
Manifold Type
Displays the type of manifold.
Design Data
Volume Flow Rate
Displays the actual volume flow rate present. If you have not manually adjusted the volume flow rates at individual air vents, the volume flow rate present is identical to the target volume flow rate determined in the ventilation concept.
Number of Diffusers
Shows the number of occupied connections on the manifold. An air vent can be connected to the manifold with up to two ducts to transport the required air flow, so that the number of air vents actually connected is not always the same as the number of occupied connections on the manifold. Such air vents are highlighted with a double line in the air flow schedule.
Sub-Distribution Duct
Drop-down list for selecting the material for the sub-distribution duct in the event that a sub-distribution duct is used.
Manifold Type
Drop-down list for selecting the manifold type. A suitable type is preselected by default.
Manifold Location
Drop-down list for selecting the manifolds location. If you lay out the ventilation per ventilation zone, only the current ventilation zone is available for selection. If a central device is used for the entire project, any structural level can be selected for the location of the manifold.
Central Unit
Opens the dialog in which you can obtain information about the central device and make changes to the accessory set of the central device.
Manifold/Supply Duct
The item set indicates the required number and the item number and name of the items. Depending on the items offered by the manufacturer, you can select other items or change quantities.
