Information on the properties dialog of Equipment rooms.

Name: The name of the currently selected equipment room. In order to be able to distinguish between several equipment rooms within a discipline, it makes sense to use different names.
Category: The category to which the equipment room is assigned. If you change the category of a equipment room, the area of this room is subtracted from the area required by the old category and added to the new category. If necessary, check in the Equipment Rooms dialog on the Analyse tab whether all planned areas are within the area limits.
