About Searching and Filtering Components

Explains the concept of searching and filtering components in LINEAR CAD Browser.

The LINEAR CAD Browser provides two different options for searching and filtering manufacturer components. With the full-text search, you can simultaneously search all manufacturer catalogs for item numbers and short or long texts. Alternatively, you can filter manufacturer data sets by discipline, function, and component class using checkboxes (MEPClasses Domain, Function, and Class). Common search combinations can be saved and reuse.
