Defining the Duct Lengths of a Ventilation Zone in the Air Volume Plan

Shows step-by-step how to display the air flow schedule of a ventilation zone and how to define the duct lengths of supply air and exhaust air ducts.

Before you begin

You want to enter the duct lengths for the ventilation system of a ventilation zone to realistically determine material requirements.

Requirement:

The ventilation system is designed.

Navigate to

Module OverviewDomestic VentilationVentilation Zone Level (Building Structure)Air Volume Plan

Procedure

  1. In the air flow schedule, click on the ducts whose length you want to adjust.

    The program opens the dialog for entering the duct length.

    Enter line length Linear Building

  2. Enter the desired value and confirm with Enter.

    The program jumps to the next duct length in the air volume plan.

  3. When you have entered all the duct lengths, close the dialog by pressing Esc.

Results

You can now output the ventilation concept and the layout including the air volume plan.
