This is the easiest way to solve problems as our support has the opportunity to detect your problem much easier.
Full-Service for all liNear programs including help with Autodesk AutoCAD. Additionally we help you with the installation on your desktop pc and with network configuration.
The all-season support means an invest of 600€/year* and includes ten hours of full support. If you need more support we provide you with additional help for 95€/hour*.
Individual support agreements for large companies with a higher demand arte different. Please contact us for more details.
This agreement is the fitting alternative to the all-year support contract for small businesses and experienced liNear customers with a lower support demand. The service is identical to the all season agreement.
The prepaid support is calculated with with 240 - € * for 2 hours each. Exceeding the support capacity of two hours, the contract extends automatically by a further two hours.
