About the Dimensioning of Radiators or Cooling Convectors

Explains the concept of dimensioning radiators or cooling convectors

In the system preselection you determine the manufacturer, construction and model series of the radiator or cooling convector model with which you would like to dimension your building. You can select BDH or VDI radiators or cooling convectors depending on the dataset. If necessary, you can import additional manufacturer datasets.

The radiators or cooling convectors are designed either directly in the selected room, or in the quick dimensioning mode at the apartment, storey or building part level for the rooms located in it, if the rooms have already been assigned target capacities. The radiators or cooling convectors automatically designed by the program can be detailed further if necessary.

For each system, the design parameters can also be modified subsequently. In case of subsequent modifications, you can dimension the system with the new basic conditions again at any time.
