Get Support directly from your Reseller

The liNear support in countries outside the German speaking markets is done by our reliable resellers. Please get in contact with the available reseller in your country. If we do not have any reseller in your country you may also contact the liNear support in Germany. The liNear support is available in German and English.

Quick help from trained professionals

Our support team is always up to date and can address your individual questions specifically; no matter if you require assistance with the use of the software, the installation or the network configuration. There is almost no question that could not be answered by our support team. We benefit from many years of experience and know the pitfalls in dealing with complex software.

We will not give up
Especially in projects with tight deadlines a direct support is important. 70% of callers are put through  a supporter directly. With modern tools, such as remote control also complex issues can be quickly resolved and explained.

Support agreements

All-season Support

Full-Service for all liNear programs including help with Autodesk AutoCAD. Additionally we help you with the installation on your desktop pc and with network configuration.
The all-season support means an invest of 600€/year* and includes ten hours of full support. If you need more support we provide you with additional help for 95€/hour*.
Individual support agreements for large companies with a higher demand arte different. Please contact us for more details.


Prepaid support

This agreement is the fitting alternative to the all-year support contract for small businesses and experienced liNear customers with a lower support demand.
The service is identical to the all season agreement.
The prepaid support is calculated with with 240 - € * for 2 hours each. Exceeding the support capacity of two hours, the contract extends automatically by a further two hours.


Support without any agreement

If you have a problem but no agreement about the support we also provide you with the best possible support. Without any contract we charge you 150€/hour* and you just pay for the claimed support. The only thing we need is a signed confirmation for the support which can be send by fax.
